ENROLMENTS FOR 2010
 

Enrolment forms will be filled out in class on your first day, to reserve your place in class, please make an appointment with us or send us your name, address, phone number/s, email address and details of your preferred class day and times; together with your deposit of $220 per term = $880 by cheque/postal note made out to "Floristry Training College".

Terms and Conditions on all Enrolments:

1.All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. I acknowledge that on submitting my application I have 1 month to withdraw in writing before the nominated Courses commence or I become liable to pay the full amount due, up to 8 training weeks, whether or not I attend all the classes or withdraw before the end of the training program.
3. On commencement of the program I understand I must pay the $220 per term deposit and full balance of first term.
4. I understand that the Academy does not accept responsibility for any accident, injury damage or loss of property.
5. Courses may not be changed once booked. Any alterations require 16 training weeks written notice. If less notice is given I must re-enrol and pay the full fee.
6. I have read and agree, to these terms and conditions and Academy of Floral Art, Floristry Training Colleges' policy and regulations.
